Franco Scartozzi is a Senior Partner of Montbride Capital. Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce and the Strategic Leadership Program as a Certified Management Accountant, CMA. Mr. Scartozzi worked as an auditor for 2 years and held various senior finance positions, most notably as Vice-President Finance for the Canadian operations of a Fortune 50 Public Company. From 2004 to 2013, Mr. Scartozzi was a leader in the Condo Conversion business in Québec, financing and selling close to 1000 units with an aggregate value of over $150 million. In 2014, Mr. Scartozzi became Co-CEO of an Alternative Mortgage Lender of which he grew the business and financed private mortgages from $100,000 up to $30 million from private investors.
